At almost 130m, St Andrews Tower - named after the famous Scottish Golf Course - is situated at the heart of the 75 acre Golf Estate, in Gurgaon, and pays homage to the lifestyle of its namesake, combining modern healthy living with tradition and luxury.

On arrival residents and guests are welcomed by a spectacular entrance canopy - finished in exquisite materials such as timber, steel and bronze that are synonymous with golf - with through views to the fairways and greens of the golf course beyond. The Golf Estate is a development that ‘touches the earth lightly’, with all buildings raised on stilts to allow daylight and ventilation to permeate through.

Apartments are limited to two luxury 4-bedroom units per floor, each with triple aspect. All benefit from generous balconies to living areas and bedrooms, including deeper balcony areas for use as al fresco dining and entertainment space. Immediately apparent are the criss-crossing jalis that run the height of the tower, which provide shading and privacy to the balconies.

The St Andrews Tower is crowned with an incredible panoramic whisky bar and lounge, with expansive views across the whole of the Golf Estate. Blending the traditional comforts of Celtic hospitality with cutting edge design, the space features at its centre a double height state-of-the-art glass ‘whisky tower’, which contrasts with the heavily figured timber bar that surrounds it, all contained under a vaulted timber ceiling.
