This mixed use complex, envisaged as a beach resort - with 360 degrees of water features, beaches and pools - comprises two residential towers plus a 5-star luxury high-rise hotel. Operated by Starwoods Group, the resort will be the first purpose built project in India under the Le Meridien brand.
The hotel occupies the eastern portion of the plot, and features 235 deluxe rooms and 28 suites including a 190m2 Presidential Suite. Sitting alongside, the two residential towers - also under the Le Meridien brand - feature ninety luxury apartments ranging from 200m2 three bedroom units, to six bedroom full-floor units exceeding 1000m2 of carpet area, all benefiting from the services provided by the adjacent hotel.
Each tower has its own rooftop amenities including pools, spas and lounges whilst the hotel annex boasts generous conference facilities. The three towers are all linked at the base with large dedicated lobbies to each tower. As is typical for a luxury resort of this type, a significant number of amenities are included such as restaurants, cafes, shops, spa, roof top bar and separate banquet hall.
All parking, mechanical equipment and back of house areas are accommodated below ground, maximising the available site area for generous landscaped grounds that stretch over the whole of the site. The entire development is surrounded by water, sand beaches, waterfalls and tropical vegetation to create the feeling of a tropical island beach resort. Artificial waves are generated by wave machines and the arrival ‘boulevard’ is celebrated with a spectacular animated musical fountain.
