This luxury Clubhouse forms the centre piece of Phase III of the Golf Estate development by M3M, in Gurgaon, immediately south of New Delhi. The Golf Estate is a high end residential development spread across 75 acres of land with residences positioned around a 9-hole executive golf course.

The Clubhouse accommodates a wide range of amenities including gym, spa, auditorium, library, meeting rooms, gallery, café, fine dining restaurant, banquet hall, boutique hotel and VIP lounge amongst others. All parking, service and back-of-house areas are located underground.

The Clubhouse is designed with an external ‘triple fan’ steel exoskeleton, allowing a dramatic 35m cantilever above the main entrance, at the western end of the building. A sunken lake, flanked by waterfalls to each side envelops the building and further enhances the dramatic entrance which is accessed via a pedestrian bridge linking the drop-off and entrance lobby.
