This exclusive residential development is located on a prestigious but sensitive site in central Jaipur, directly adjacent to the Albert Hall Museum - the State Museum of Rajasthan - which is a World Heritage Site. The 12,000m2 plot offers spectacular views towards the Museum, Old City, Nahargarh Fort and Aravalli Hills in the near distance.
The development comprises 98 luxury apartments, organised around a raised courtyard garden, with abundant landscaping and pools set into the podium. All apartments are designed according to strict Vastu principles and are accessed via six separate cores, each of which have their own dedicated entrance lobby and drop-off. 440 parking spaces are organised over two basements and three podium levels.
Views towards the Museum, lying to the west of the site, e maximised by the volume of the building tapering down in this direction. This significant change in height allows for large terraces that cascade down towards the museum and gives the overall massing a distinctive form. The curved free-flowing terraces provide self-shading, with the uppermost terraces sheltered by an ETFE membrane, enhancing the overall appearance of the building, which is reminiscent of a superyacht.
